When we upgraded the site, POP was very accomodating to our needs. Our new site is very targeted and we get compleiments on it daily from candidates and clients, and the number of hits on our site have gone up dramatically and stayed up.
My advice to other owners is that if you are going to upgrade your site or create a new one. Do it right. POP certainly has to tools and expertise to make it happen.
